Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).
- Manage and troubleshoot Linux systems and server environments.
- Implement and support network infrastructure—LAN/WAN configuration, firewalls, routing, and switching.
- Assist in Audio-Visual (AV) system installations, setup, and technical integration.
- Handle Server and Storage solutions (NAS, SAN) including configuration, RAID setup, and performance optimization.
- Work on Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and Private Cloud deployments.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients for deployed systems and solutions.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of Virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, Proxmox, etc.).
- Proficiency in Linux server administration.
- Good grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching).
- Experience with Server and Storage technologies.
- Knowledge of AV systems—VC setups, displays, control systems—will be a plus.
- Familiarity with HCI & private cloud solutions (OpenStack, Nutanix, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills.
